Mission
To cultivate spaces that provide access to regenerative practices, nurtures curiosity, inspires discourse, facilitates community — for collective well-being.
BELIEFS
1. Love is an action that creates the foundation for our choices to better care for ourselves, others, and the world around us.
2. Wellness is a birthright and everyone – regardless of their background – deserves a seat at the table. Access to regenerative resources shouldn’t be a privilege.
3. Mindfulness and intentionality allow for an otherwise elusive freedom that paves the way for a life that is fruitful and full.
4. We were not created to roam the world and navigate this life alone. Relationships matter. To be, offer, and experience a supportive community is essential for productive, meaningful living.
5. For the time being, we have one planet with a limited supply of natural resources. There must be a concerted effort towards the preservation of these resources in our daily practices with consideration, not only for today, but for future generations.
6. Education, in its many forms, is the key to limitless potential. It is the practice of learning that expands our understanding of who we are, the complexities of society, and affords us power to show up in it, boldly.
7. Ethical, conscious consumption is a practice that extends beyond our wallets. How we invest our time, the media we consume along with where and how we spend our money empowers and strengthens, or depletes and weakens us, our communities and our environment.
8. Food nourishes the body, mind and soul. Real, whole food is necessary for a healthy, strong existence. The food we eat today, creates the life we have tomorrow. Make it count – you are worth it.
